Rebekah and Tim’s engagement this fall highlighted autumn color in a way that not everyone expects. Sure, who doesn’t love seeing the leaves change? But with these two, fall color was highlighted not just in the golden glow of golden hour, but in the tall grasses and their perfect outfit choices. It isn’t all about style when it comes to photos, it’s emotion too. And these two had both. I love seeing a couple really play up their own personal style, the season, and hint at the vibe to their wedding.

These two are such a sweet couple in general. And I love the priority they’ve put into their wedding day. Their focus on family, friends, and creating a sense of nostalgia has been at the forefront through their planning. I’m so looking forward to seeing how everything comes together to hint at old memories while creating new ones. I think their venue, Cornerstone Center for the Arts in Muncie, Indiana will be the perfect spot for it too. A beautiful old Masonic Temple built in the 1920’s, the building is full of character with unique details that will play up their overall vibe.

When it comes to posing, I say time and again it has to be kind of unique to the couple. Everyone is different. For Rebekah and Tim, you can tell they’re best friends. They’re able to joke together one moment and cuddle up comfortably another. I really enjoyed seeing throughout their session how they genuinely checked in on each other. Cleaning off glasses, holding a bag, and sharing so many loving glances between each other. There’s a softness between them that comes out in how they hold one another and interact. I’m really looking forward to their wedding, capturing how they share that same warmth and affection while celebrating such a beautiful day.
